Please contact us immediately if there has been
shipping damage. We will arrange for pickup and replace your order.
If you don't like your order, within three days after receipt, notify us and
we will assign you an RMA number and ask you to ship it back to us in the
original packaging. When it arrives back to us we will credit your
card for the product purchase price only. Custom furniture order sales
are final and can only be returned if their is shipping damage.
FINE ART POLICY All fine art as at most galleries is a "sale final purchase". However if a piece is damaged during shipping and reported within 24 hours of delivery every effort humanly possible to repair or have the artist replicate and replace the piece will be made or to refund the purchase price through UPS insurance which is included on all items $100.00 or more.
